You will need –
Start by washing your potato and then rubbing olive oil and salt into it
Use two wooden spoons on either side of the potato when you cut to avoid the knife going all the way through
Slot some cheddar cheese into the gaps and sprinkle pepper and any other spices that you want over the top
Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 50 minutes (depending on the size of your potato)
Pour some sour cream on top
Then sprinkle the blue cheese and Parmesan on top and pop in the microwave for about 30 seconds
Pour some more sour cream on top along with a sprinkling of rosemary and enjoy!
